Q: Do you take a check or money order?
A: We take money orders, but a check must be cleared with the bank first before we can send the product.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes. We take credit cards through Pay Pal.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping varies depending on what you are ordering, and where you are from.
Q: Can you ship to outside the United States?
A: You bet!
Q: Is there a set up charge?
A: No, there is no set up charge on short kits or engraving.
Laser Cutting
Q: How big is the cutting surface on your laser table?
A: Our cutting surface is 18 in. X 32 in. wide.
Q: What type of materials can you engrave on?
A: We can engrave on:
Q: What type of materials can you NOT engrave on?
A: We can NOT engrave on metal itself. However, we can engrave on metal if it's painted or anodized.
Q: What type of program do you use to run your laser equipment?
A: We use Corel Draw 10.
Q: Can you utilize CAD programs into Corel?
A: Yes
Q: Do you cut kits for just airplanes?
A: We can cut almost anything you want out of wood and plastic. Just ask! (see engraving page for ideas)

Q: I've designed plans for a plane. Can you cut parts for them?
A: Of course! We can also help you refine your design if you'd like.
Q: Do you do small jobs such as small airplane or one ofs?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: Can you cut a [insert model here] for me? About how much will it cost?
A: We would need to look at the plans first before we can make an estimate on price. While we have some plans on file, we don't have every plan.
